My story

I’ve been on Weight Watchers for 1.5 years and lost 30 pounds. This round has been slow and steady and a lot of learning and sticking to it. To keep my momentum I often invent recipes and find new snacks to keep things fresh. I often just wished I had a central location of all these delights so I have somewhere to go when I feel stuck.

Who Am I?

Part-time dieter, part-time indulger, full time over-thinker. I like to create easy recipes that have good macros, high-protein, low-ish fat and low points and taste good enough. The idea is I eat good enough through the week to have a little more fun on the weekend.
